"T" is for Trouble!

I've been in a bit of a blog slump…

Our Internet service was down for a few days. But that’s not why I haven’t posted…

The weather’s been sunny and spring like, so I can’t use that as an excuse for my ho-hum attitude…

I’ve still got plenty of quilts to share ~ just need to get them photographed…

I don’t have much to say these days. Perhaps I should switch to wordless posts…

Thanks for checking in on me. I'm still here. It's just that sometimes, life gets in the way.

This is the latest beautiful doll quilt my friend Barb surprised me with on my birthday. I've always loved the "T" block pattern and was touched to tears when I opened it up...

Then I turned the quilt over to read the label. She had named it "T" is for trouble." It cracked me up! Out came the first authentic belly laugh I've had in months.

Now that's a true friend ~ someone who can take you from tears to laughter in a single breath, over your own crappy circumstances, no less!

  1. Barb's play on words is significant giggly. She must be "good people." Please allow me to interject and share...

B.'s quilt is also cosmic as I've been thinking scrappy T's recently. They've been calling me, trying to pull me out of my own slump!

You know what this means dontcha? Barb's creating really good healing. Nothing like a belly life PLUS inspirational reinforcement. Totally connected healing. Dig that!

  5. Lots of slumping going on around the country ~ take heart, you are NOT alone. And don't worry about infrequent posts ~ I suspect we all worry too much about posting so often.

Take care ~ thank goodness for good friends!!
